Why Make Time For Art?

Because you are making time for yourself! When we create art, we slow down and focus on the moment. It helps us notice what we’re thinking and feeling, bringing a sense of calm and clarity. Making art can be a powerful way to manage stress, understand ourselves better, and find balance. This is a safe, positive, and encouraging space where you can enjoy art at your own pace. You are making time for yourself! – Jen Kehrer, Artist Mentor
